With a hardwood handle that is both traditional and comfortable to use. The stainless steel blade makes this knife rust resistant and easy to keep clean – an important factor in avoiding cross contamination. The straight budding blade is used for taking cuttings or grafting using the bark lifter on the end of the blade. The blade is easily sharpened.
