We may also retain your details should you email, telephone or write to us regarding an enquiry or order. For orders, we shall retain your contact details for up to eight years for the purpose of HMRC and VAT requirements and for any warranty claims.

To be eligible for a refund/exchange you must return the product within 14 days of purchase and it must be in the condition you purchased it, with proof of purchase (the large receipt with the barcode printed at the bottom).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to you credit card (or original method of payment). Your credit will be received within a certain amount of days, according to your card issuer.
We check our plants thoroughly daily to make sure they are sold in good health.
However, on the rare occasion after purchase they may show signs of disease that was not apparent before sale. If you suspect you plant contracted this condition before you bought it, you can either bring the plant in or email us with some photos and our horticulture team will determine the cause and how to proceed.
